After one of the most successful pro junior surf series in recent years, the Oakley Pro Junior Global Challenge is back for its second consecutive year. Once again, in an effort to assemble the world's most talented young surfers in one place, for one full-on, no-holds-barred contest, this October the Oakley Pro Junior Global Challenge will arrive on the wave-rich shores of Bali.
