A distinguished graduate of the USA Surf Team and third-place finisher at NSSA Nationals last year, Dillon’s quickly making a name for himself outside of the retro vacuum that is Malibu.  While there are many who still haven’t heard much of Dillon’s success outside of the Golden State, he’s been taking names and bustin down doors for a few years now.  A perfect example: In the Oakley Newport Beach Pro last year, Dillon took out the junior competition placing first, and backed that up placing second to three-peat winner Nate Yeomans in the QS competition.

While he didn’t get the coveted second place at the Oakley Pro Junior at Lower Trestles in late April, being edged out barely by Australia’s Davey Cathels, Dillon chased the OPJ series to Japan and will be handsomely rewarded for his efforts as a competitor in Bali this October.
